I liked this interview with Lean guru, Jim Womack, who literally helped to write one of the first books on lean manufacturing, titled “The Machine that Changed the World.”
Several more books under his belt, Womack is a knowledgeable guy, and he answers the questions (posed to him by the unnervingly-smiling, staring lady) in his own pace.
